CBT Session
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is a type of psychotherapy that focuses on identifying and changing negative thought patterns and behaviors. ECT
Electroconvulsive Therapy (ECT) is a medical treatment primarily used for severe mental health conditions, It involves passing small electric currents through the brain to intentionally trigger a brief seizure. This seizure can cause changes in brain chemistry that can quickly reverse symptoms of certain mental health conditions.
EEG

It involves placing small electrodes on the scalp, which detect and record the brain’s electrical signals.
